Staff couldn’t help us out with using the TVs but gave us 3 different remotes to figure out how to stream Amazon prime on TV. There was a very loud vibration every night. Our room had uneven tiles so be careful if you have young kids with you. Cupboard doors were uneven and some places loose giving an overall vibe of the room not being maintained properly. "Spectacular! We loved our room. Exceptional service and we also loved the coffee at the end of the hall until 9am. It was lovely to have a lazy coffee in our huge comfy bed!"

"A very lovely stay and our third year in a row visiting this property. We love the location and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say is that the prices have gone up a fair amount. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The food is incredible. Every meal was very good. Room was clean and the check in was fast and efficient. They upgraded us to a king bed which was really nice."

"The location was perfect for all the main Victoria attractions. Proximity to the ferry terminal was the biggest bonus so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around very far or hire a uber/taxi. Staff were kind and helpful, they were even able to check us into our room early. They had convenient luggage storage if there isn’t a room available yet or you want to walk around more between check-out and your departure. The rooms are definitely on the aged side but ours was well cleaned. We felt safe...

"This is a beautiful property with an amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. There is no self parking available, only valet. My husband didn’t like that but I had no problem with it at all. The breakfast was delicious. There were ready made options as well as eggs prepared your way. It was close to some restaurants and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit."
