"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. "Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent."

"I really enjoyed staying in Westin hotel in Langkawi. I extended my stay there for two more days. The room was nice and clean. Outdoor pool was really nice facing the sea view. "Hotel ini adalah hotel yang sangat mewah dengan interior mewah bak layaknya istana. Hotel juga masih sangat baru berdiri tahun 2015. Servis sangat memuaskan, dengan sistem buttler di setiap lantai. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"
