"Internet was spotty, but may have been due to rain. The room was clean overall but the bed mattress cover was filthy. There may have been dust mites as I had bites on my legs which is how I discovered the dirty cover. There was also evidence of human skin flakes in the bed."
"Overall we had a good stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and the hotel worked well for our family while we were in town for a weekend event.
We did run into a couple maintenance issues in our room. The bedroom door in our suite was very difficult to open and close and at one point almost got stuck. The sink water also came out dark each time the faucet was first turned on, which was concerning. The front desk responded quickly when we reported it and offered bottled water for the evening, which we appreciated.
Aside from those issues, the stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. With a little attention to the maintenance items, this would easily be a 5-star experience."
"Checking in was good. I was two hours early and the lady at the front told me that my room was not ready. I went out shopping and around the check-in time I got a call that my room was ready. After check-in I found out that the hotel was almost empty. So I could not understand why my room was not ready but it is my problem because I was early.
The room was nice and clean. It was a large enough room to relax in and enjoy my two days there. It was comfortable and nice and quiet.
I read great reviews of the breakfast and I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the spread. I opted for the waffle machine but the waffle mix was overly watery and the waffles came out weird. Not entirely edible. The baggles and bread were good enough for toast. The best thing was the coffee and I had plenty.
The people at the front were very nice with the exception of the woman who checked me in.
Overall my experience was very good and I will come over and stay here again on my next visit to Seattle. "
"Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had and that means a lot because we have been traveling across and around the continent for almost 2 years now. Couldn't recommend better than the hilton garden.... oh ya and amazing breakfast that stays available for several hours."
