"The room was"

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting"

"I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. "Clean, in a good part of town. Furniture wasn't luxury level, but it was good and not old. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast, but with whipped cream and good jams for the waffles or french toast."

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"I had a one night stay before a flight out the following morning. This property is clean and adequate. It is very close to the airport which is nice. There were no problems with the room and everything worked as it should."
