"The room was clean, and it felt like home as we’ve stayed at Hampton Inns multiple times. The staff was great, parking was easy, and bed was hotel comfy."

The staff were kind but I did have some problems with the actual property: I found a chicken bone in my room, the shower water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled like smoke. All the furniture and facilities are very worn and not like shown in the pictures."

"The hotel wasn’t perfect, but we had a quiet time during our long weekend in the Leesburg area. The hotel was a quick drive from everything that we wanted to see and eat. The room was comfortable, which was the most important. The pool area was good. The cleanliness of the halls was oddly off. The free breakfast was skippable. There are so many good places to eat nearby, you should definitely skip the hotel breakfast."

It’s interesting because synthetic foods seem to be what corporate executives believe is OK for all of us not staying in luxury hotels. I didn’t know they could make fake fried eggs but that’s what they serve. Hilton hotels offers the synthetic breakfast for marketing purposes so the can charge a little more for the rooms."

"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt. The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"The hotel offered an OK experience in terms of what was offered. I booked last-minute on 4th of July weekend and was told that the only available rooms were on the first floor. The bed and bathroom were clean but the carpet smelled like it could use a deep clean or replacement altogether. I definitely wore my slippers AT ALL TIMES while inside. "This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."
