Past reviews mentioned no hot water,and our room 427 had none. We moved closer to the water heater location in room 306 and were able to have a hot shower there. Breakfast was fine, hotel clean, reception helpful. But, this hot water issue sees to be a chronic, unaddressed problem

The location is great, minutes to historic Leesburg, worth the 10 minute drive and finding the free parking garage to walk around all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean, staff were helpful and polite. I used the fitness center, the eliptical was very good. Close to gas, outlets, CVS and grocery store. The grounds were nice, ample parking and it is set back from the road. All in all it was a good experiance.

Room is very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Desk very useful, a second (regular) chair would be nice to sit with another person and eat, talk, etc. Dining area and picture’s are the only space that looks dated. All staff are welcoming and genuinely friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. The only thing that I was disappointed in and would have given the hotel a 10 is that there was no regular tea at breakfast. I don't drink coffee. It's the first hotel I've ever been to where they didn't have regular tea. There was only a sleepy herbal tea.
