2/10 Sangat Buruk

When I got to my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair in the bathtub (multiple spots)—I have photos to back this up. On top of that, the wall outlet was literally hanging out of the wall with multiple plugs attached, which is not only unacceptable but a serious fire hazard.
Despite this, I chose not to complain that night. I was only staying one night and tried to let it go.
Then came the billing issue.
At check-in, I was told there would be a $50 hold, and that $35 for parking would come out of that hold, with the remainder returned after checkout. Straightforward.
The next morning, I discovered:
A $50 hold
PLUS an additional $37.10 hold
That’s $87.10 held, not the $50 I was clearly told.
When I asked about it, the morning front desk associate refused to explain and told me to speak to a manager. The manager was dismissive and simply said, “It’s just a hold for parking, it will fall off.”
As a General Manager myself, I can tell you this is not about the hold—it’s about transparency. Guests should be told upfront that parking charges may be processed as separate holds and can be reapplied depending on entry and exit. That was never explained.
It gets worse.
Two days later, I see ANOTHER pending charge of $87.10.
AThat’s $174+ in pending charges, on top of the ~$140 I paid for a dirty, unsafe room.
I called again and was told, “It’s all just a hold and will fall off.”
It has now been 6 days, and only part of it has been released. The rest is still si
