The room did not have any soap or shampoo in the dispensers. It looked like the lights had never been cleaned lot of bugs and dirt in them. The sheets appeared clean but that was about it. I will not be staying there again.

They staff made you feel unwelcome not very friendly. The wifi was terrible and they don't offer much as in amenities breakfast had coffee no sugar.

Air Conditioner wasn't working well. Room was very musty when we checked in. Towels and linens were stained. One of the beds linens was visibly not clean. TV is one of our 2 rooms didn't work.

We had reserved our room thru Expedia and when we got there we couldn't check in (it was 2 and check-in was 3), so we left our car and Ubered into our event. The told us to get back as close to 3 as possible because they over booked and they might not have a room for us if we tried to check in later. Webside states that check in is from 3pm-4am! So, I called later to save our room that we already paid for and that we would be there... they indicated that people were waitin g for rooms that they overbooked and that they couldn't save our room!!!

The 1st room we were assigned had a bathroom light which was super dim & broken lights between the beds. We were moved to a 2nd room where the TV turned on but didn’t actually connect to anything. The beds were old, the springs were noisy, and there was no trash can. I tried to have them move us again but the front desk said nothing else was available. I had hoped they would resolve the TV issue while we were gone all day but they didn’t. The lady from night 1 supposedly noted the TV issue & said we might get a discount due to the inconvenience. But then the guy at the desk seemed surprised that there was an issue when I mentioned it again at checkout. We will not stay in this hotel again.

This place is GROSS!! As I drove in, there seemed to be a lot of people living there. Random BBQ grills outside of the rooms, old lawn chairs strewn about, felt like the projects. Check-in was fine. I was hoping my room wouldn't be near the kids playing football in the parking lot, only for the safety of the rental car, but of course it was right there. So, I parked on the other side of the building. As I walked into the room, the smell of smoke and cat pee was super strong!!! And my feet were literally sticking to the floor. I brushed something off the bed, looked like crumbs. I walked out and went to the office and checked out. I asked for a refund for the second night, we'll see if it goes through. I don't know if all Red Roof Inns are like this, but I won't be giving them a chance.

Several days prior, l paid for 2 nights and upon late arrival I found out they had gave my paid room away. & told me they was booked for the night, after explaining I was coming in from out town she decided to offer me a room and told me I had to pay for the room. I ask her how do you paid for something that is already paid for. After asking me to pay for my room again I told her to cancel everything and left. This put me in a bind because I had to go and find me another room after driving 12 hours.

We arrived and nobody was at the front desk so we waited about 30 minutes for someone to come and called support and they couldn’t reach them either. Then when they showed up they gave us keys to our room and we walked over. Opening the door to the room let out a pungent disgusting smell and there was no bedsheets, a mop knocked over, and hairballs on the ground. The AC did not work either. We got a refund quickly but still a terrible experience
