"Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected...

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked.
I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."

"The location is very convenient, with direct train access to the city center, yet the neighborhood itself is quite quiet. It was the nice environment to unwind and recover from the fatigue of traveling. Additionally, there was a fantastic wine bar just a 10-minute walk away, which was a wonderful discovery.

"The air conditioning was broken for all 4 nights we stayed - the management gave no updates about when it would be fixed, and it honestly seemed like they did not actually call anyone to repair it. It was very hot (30+ degrees and humid due to no bathroom extractor fan) and we could not open the windows because of the mosquitos. It seems like this is a constant problem for this property based on other reviews, so beware.
Other than that, the apartment was very clean, although a little run...

"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable.
On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher.
Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé.
J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "
