"The hotel is very nice, clean, newish or recently renovated. The breakfast is good enough-more than adequate. The pool wasn’t open until the 3rd day we were there for some unknown reason, but when it was it was lovely. The location is very good for quick access to Red Rocks and Golden, and very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping."

"We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again."

"No housekeeping any of the 3 days. Mold in the shower. Leaking sink. Toilet ran all night. Awful experience. Never got help from front staff. Hotel won’t respond either. Horrendous place"

"Got there after driving 22 hours for the front desk person to tell me that they cancelled my reservation, without even contacting me. They told me that they notified Expedia, but I had and have not heard from either about a cancellation. Unprofessional."

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"Not the greatest Courtyard property I’ve stayed at. First of all, $8/night for parking? Next I know not cleaning daily is now a thing, especially in areas conserving water, but no signs at desk or in room or verbally expressed is just a pain in the sss. The “instructions “ are on the 2x2 planer I. Size 6 font. Had to go ask for clean towels on day 2 evening and the guy that had cooked our breakfast was working the front desk. I asked for 2 sets of towels, and he brought me 4 bath towels...

"The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!"

"The guy and gal who work the front desk are great and do their best.... The hotel is lacking in many areas...my wifi was "iffy" at best. There were no ice machines in the two places where it said "Ice". There were no luggage carts to hold all the luggage at the entrance nor any of the other entrances of the hotel. It was frustrating. My mattress was sloped down, so I had to lay in the bed at an angle so I wouldn't roll off the bed. The tv did not play at all. It seemed there were maybe only 6 or...

"I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression."

"The staff was extremely helpful with check in. Breakfast was good love that they have a waffle machine. The room was clean and overall a great experience. Make sure to check out the Dutch bros I recommended walking there and hanging out in their lobby. :)"

"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with...
