"We had an emergency which is why we had no choice but to stay here. I would rather sleep outside on a cardboard box. The place was disgusting and felt extremely unsafe. The door had a huge gap which allowed bugs to walk in the room. Do not stay especially if you have children. "

No hand towels for the bathroom or facecloths, etc. However we made it work and we were not expecting anything too fancy for accommodations. Not enough toilet paper… had to ask the maintenance man when we seen him because the office was rarely open to talk to anyone. The wifi was terrible and never worked. "Terrible. Exceptional front desk staff though especially the lady that checked us in. No internet services. Not soo good breakfast. Renovation of the rooms going on with alot of junks outside room."

"The check in at the kiosk was a horrible experience. My room wasn't ready when I went to use the key the housekeeping was still cleaning and it was 7:15 pm. They need to have someone at the desk for check in "

"I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. "

"Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

"The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet."
