"Unfortunately, on this trip we experienced several issues that made our stay disappointing. The first at check-in when the receptionist told me she could not find my reservation. After several minutes, she eventually located it, but the interaction made it seem as though my check-in was an inconvenience to her. "The room was excellent. Everything worked and was in clean condition. The challenge was the noise from the semi’s parked overnight at the Sam’s location beside the property diesel motors, running all night long. Also charges for parking was a disappointment."

"We were not made aware beforehand that the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. There were workers right outside our room fixing the walls, which was definitely unexpected. However, the staff were incredibly kind and great throughout our visit. Hopefully, the experience will be much better once the renovations are fully completed."
