"Great service and updated bathroom."

"Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here."

"All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They have done a good job maintaining the hotel but it is really showing its age and could use some updates. The seals on all the windows were broken so the windows in the rooms were all fogged over. The tub in my room backed up and would not drain. They were nice enough to change my room since the problem couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner. The water pressure on the showers was too low. There was a couch in my room that had some stains...

"Ashley was tremendous in her job on the desk. She greeted customers and was always upbeat. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in the hotel industry. She should be acknowledged by the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was outstanding in one day. We came too late and the lady working the breakfast opened up the back room and allowed us to get some bagels and other things. It was a joy to stay at this hotel. The room was updated and very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say...

"The room was relatively clean, but the floors and surfaces were not systematically cleaned, nor was the bed cover. It was nice not to have carpet. The bathroom toilet also wobbled and the bathroom was not as recently renovated as the rest of the room. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there was noise at night from the other occupants and a noticeable lack of attention to detail in terms of finish and maintenance. It was what we expected for the lowest price motel we could find in the area....
