"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. "Nos encantó este hotel desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. En nuestro caso teníamos un jardín trasero con vistas al mar: espectacular. La comida era muy variada, buenos quesos y embutidos. El personal es maravilloso, siempre pendientes de los clientes. La animación también nos ha parecido muy buena,.Volveremos seguro. "

"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."

"Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean. Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families. Healthy 7 out of 10."
