"Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. "

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"Such charm in this hotel. Over 100 years old but that is what makes it great! The lobby, the breakfast, the rooms are comforting. Walking distance to downtown and piers. Take the Link to and from airport for $6. All service people were friendly and helpful. Empty lot across the street was gross and filled with trash and homeless people at night could be heard shouting all 3 nights(2am) I was there. I would totally stay there again though. "

"Beautiful hotel, but disappointing experience. The spa was closed without prior notice, staff wasn’t very attentive, and my room had a maintenance issue (broken toilet paper holder). Not the level of service I expected."

"Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "

"A perfect location. Beautiful terrace view of Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay. Room was great. Fully stocked if you wanted anything. Parked in a garage a few blocks away. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, with wonderful hosts too. You can't beat it, price is absolutely fair and it is cozy to the extreme. "

"Clean room"

"Although small, my Citizen M room was clean, with a decent mattress, staff was friendly and helpful, plus breakfast was available for a fee. In the downtown Seattle location my only concern was related to parking. Citizen M reimbursed for a reasonable portion of the parking garage only a couple of blocks away but valet parking was not an option. Still, it was close bye and once understood worked well. I will return. "

"The rooms are small, but they are clean and modern. it kind of reminds me of staying in a micro hotel over in Asia. When you think about it, all you really need is a bed, bathroom, and shower. Perfect for a short stay "

"The staff were wonderful. The rooftop view was fabulous. The drinks on the rooftop were bad. The restaurant was excellent."
