"I had a reservation for 3 night. The rating for staff should be 2 1/2. The elevator was broken the whole time so I had to stay on the first floor. I don't like that. About 2 hours after being in the room, someone with a key to the room opened the door. If I had not had the flap bar across the door he would have been able to walk in. When I screamed he quickly closed the door. I tried to call the front desk. The landline in the room did not work. It was hard to find the number to the...
