Hotel dekat Fish Haul Beach Park

"I tried the King Loft room. Don't use this unless you like climbing stairs, or have somebody sleeping on the sofa. Upstairs has the bed and the bath, but no closet space. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water! I'd like to see them have a Keurig unit so I could bring my own coffee. Have to mention the breakfast. They had it out early, before 6am, and everything was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Had an issue with the A/C and...

"Clean room and breakfast was great!"

"The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was good and had options. The location was very close to places we wanted to go. The things The things we didn't like were The tv had very few channel choices and no guide channel. The bottom cabinets had loose and missing hinges. The chairs in the room were visibly dirty. The carpet even though it had been vaccumed had spots and looked like it needed cleaning."

"Good price for the room"

"They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early."

"Way better than the Hilton, stayed here for the second time after trying the Hilton thinking it was better and boy the sonesta is wayyy better, epically the cleanness and the staff"

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"No one at the front desk when I tried checking in, waited for her. No one for check out. The breakfast was cereal, bagel and fruit. Location is good."

"Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back."

"Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

"Annoying sound, like a click on the TV furniture, every 2 or 3 seconds, everything else is perfect."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had a lovely view of the ocean, and the pool was very nice. Every employee we came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Location is great. The only negative was that we couldn't connect to our apps on the tv despite it being a smart tv."

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...
