"Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible. The bed was sitting crooked on bed frame and looked hideous. Bed looked like a teenager made it...

"The shampoo, conditioner,soaps hadn't been refilled/replaced from the last guest. There was one half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The TV in the bedroom wouldn't connect to there router so it didn't work. Shows a indoor pool there's no pool. Alot of construction going on inside and outside the building. The carpet was bubbled up we kept tripping over it. "

"The staff was non existant! The night person left her shift early, the overnight staff member showed up 16 minutes late. Did not approach the desk went to a back room for almost another 10 minutes. Meanwhile my tub had standing water, no hot water and no way of turning the tv off without unplugging it becuase there was no remote in the room. The staff member that left immediately after checking me in left many people sitting at a bar and about 15 or more people in the lobby. The hotel is...

"Room was absolutely horrible, no coffee maker and dried dog poop on the floor, the place smelled ransid and dirty. Would not suggest staying. I did not even want to take a shower there because I felt gross and did not think that the shower would get me clean enough. Went to a planent fitness to take a shower when I left and only spent one day there. Ewwww stay way "

"The room was clean and check-in was okay, but the staff were not especially friendly. There was some water sitting on the counter that appeared to be for certain guests or members, but it was taken away and not offered to us. Not a big issue, just something I noticed. The biggest downside was the noise. The hotel is very close to a major interstate, and construction near the room woke us up early in the morning.
