"Clean room"

"This property is so tidy throughout and William the host was welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives. 10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean. The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. "

"The hotel is centrally located to many of the areas attraction. Unfortunately, however the hotel is located in a section of town that I did not feel particularly safe to walk off the grounds."

"Hotel was kept up pretty well and my room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast is just average. And I was unhappy with the coffee. Very watered down. But I like that there is a coffee station available throughout the day but they need a better brand of coffee or have someone make it correctly. Picked this hotel because it’s close to Mohegan Sun and that worked out well."

"A very friendly place with a wonderful staff. Our room was large, quiet and scrupulously clean. One caveat: the shower head and water pressure was just average."

"Very clean and comfortable room! Very close to Mohegan. The shuttle runs until 2am."

"Room was comfortable, clean and very roomy. . Staff was extremely professional & friendly. Our only problem was the lack of the advertised shuttle. We had to pay for an Uber to and from our event."

"We stayed in the king suite as we were travelling with a toddler. Spacious room with plenty of space for toddler to play around. Pool was great, it was not cold like other heated pools that I have been to. Breakfast was average. The only issue I had was that despite the hotel having a 3pm check-in policy, my room was not ready until 4pm. Apparently the front desk did not mark the room as checked out, and was therefore not cleaned. This was very frustrating especially that we had a toddler."

"Absolutely horrendous stay. Started out in our first room with a screaming loud toilet pipe, it seemed to stop after we flushed it the first time (told a worker about it who said it should be fine just needed to be flushed for the pipe to stop), left to go to our comedy show and when we returned it was louder and leaking water. Called the front desk who then changed us from 1st floor to 3rd floor. I am a content creator and was supposed to be filming our stay for an Expedia/tiktok go/two trees...

"The hotel canceled my reserved and paid for room on the day of arrival without prior notification. When I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, I was told they could not honor the reservation and that they were fully booked. I was getting stranded in the middle of the night."

"The location was perfect as you can walk the town from there. Onsite parking was extremely convenient. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was absolutely amazing."
