"Room was not cleaned left towels and that’s it, there is a charge for parking ( Unbelievable) my room was 170.00 dollars a night did not include breakfast and internet, this place is on the downside. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. "

"Overall, we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we felt it was well worth the price. The staff was accommodating and kindly granted us a late checkout thanks to our Bonvoy membership, which we really appreciated. The only thing I wish the room had was a microwave. Having one available would have made our stay even more convenient. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is older but well-maintained and very clean. The free breakfast was not good—very little food was offered. The front desk person allowed us to leave our car after checkout for shopping near the hotel. We really appreciated that because parking can be a challenge in the historic district. All in all, I would use this hotel again. The price is lower than the bed and breakfast inns in this area of town."

"This trip was my family’s first trip to St. Augustine. Given that, we were not that familiar with the area except for what was seen on maps. While the AC Hotel was nice enough, it was a bit further out from the historic district. Next trip, I would select a hotel closer to the historic district since we spent a lot of time there.
