"Please avoid this hotel. There are many hotels in the area for less money that exceed the quality of this hotel. It is not clean and has some of the worst food for breakfast I have eaten. It is noisy. One night they had the music blaring until after midnight. No concern for the traveler. "

"the triple bed room was so spacious! with the location of the hotel just next to the central festival mall was very convenient to walk to and fro! However, do take note that they don't provide toothbrushes/toothpaste. Bed comfort is about 4/5, but pillows as per normal too soft for my neck but it's okay i guess for the price paid. Definitely recommended though"

"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"

"Overall very clean. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Location a bit hidden and hard to find from main road. But staff ate pleasant anf readily available at front desk 24/7."

"Basic hotel . Clean towel . Near Diana Mall with food option nearby. 20-30minutes walk to Lee Garden. Check in strictly after 2pm, only 1keycard , no extra pillow. Short stay and if you mainly not in room ok. TV channel can be improve and consider issue guest 2 keycard . Blind not totally blackout. "
