"Place provides free use of washer and dryer - novelty. The bar has Kareoke-be forewarned . Seems to be a neighborhood hangout."

"We only stayed one night, and the only complaint we had was that the bathroom door had a window in it that you could not cover. Really odd!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! Is a beautiful hotel!"

"Excellent location for those who don’t have a vehicle. Buses are free and take you to many areas of town. We took the train to Santa Fe for the day which was enjoyable. If you want a great supermarket with takeout try El Super!"

"Unfortunately the hallways smelled like smoke and the room is rundown. The beds were comfortable and rooms was spacious."

"Was told I wasn't a priority. Ran out of TP because they were super stingy with it. Had cobwebs in the corners, even though it was "cleaned" right before we checked in. Bedroom TV didnt work, asked them to fix it day 1, was never worked on or fixed the whole week we were there. Bathroom fan either doesn't work or was broke, again never fixed or looked at. Breakfast was under whelming but fine."

"A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available."

"the room was a dump ! dirty floors, trash behind the nightstand, the bathroom trash hadnt been emptied, coffee pot still had old coffee in it , hair in the kitchen drawers. i will never stay there again."

"Overall it was ok but i felt that the breakfast was nothing special."
