"Cosy, easily accessible and friendly staff"

"Pool was not working. No coffee makers in rooms or blow dryer. I’m 47 yrs old and when sitting downstairs early morning to have coffee front desk told me she didn’t want any stains on already stained couch and pointed to dining room area that no lights were on to drink coffee in there. Definitely not interested in starting my day in dark room went outside, hopeful to find a bench or a chair, which absolutely was nothing to sit down on. Stained sheets and towels. First and last time with Arya....

"This motel is full of roaches. There are roaches crawling all over the bathroom. There are roaches crawling all around the microwave. I asked if I can switch rooms which they were more than helpful to allow me to switch rooms only for my second room to also be covered in roaches. I had a hard time sleeping. I did not unfold the blanket because I was unsure what was underneath the sheets. The motel is mostly for transients, pimps and prostitutes."

"I travel from San antonio every six months and this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the services is great the place always smells and looks clean. The rooms are beautiful and service is great. I definitely recommend staying here and will be sure to return every visit."

"The lobby and gym were nice, but the rest of the experience felt very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark, had low ceilings, and didn’t feel especially clean, and there were many older-style rooms with sliding glass doors opening directly to the parking lot. Unfortunately, the deadbolt on our room door also didn’t work. We felt unsafe enough that we quietly left and booked another hotel instead — without even requesting a refund — simply because we no longer felt comfortable staying there."

"Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could...

"This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...

"Upon arrival we were met with a horrid smell of cigarette smoke and the bed appeared stained and wrinkled. I asked for new sheets, instead was told my room would be changed because the cleaning staff was leaving for the day, it was 10minutes after 3pm, check-in time. I wasn’t upset about the room change because I was assuming it would be nicer. However, the next room was far worse stained sheets, carpets stained, ac stained, pillows stained, lamps stained. "Everything was nice and clean. The Hot Tub was under maintenance when we got there but we were told before booking that it would be down. No issues with jet tub."
