"As cascatas is very comfortable the apartment is a good size. We were put in a dark and poorly positioned apartment having asked for a different one ahead of time but when we asked to move we were accommodated in a much better apartment within 48 hours. The bed was comfortable the shower is ok the kitchen was great and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was very good and the bar was very friendly. Service throughout was great. The gym has had an upgrade and we enjoyed using it. The spa is also a...

"The rooms had their own car park but required a deposit in cash to obtain the remote for the gate. I don’t carry cash so was forced to haul my suitcase up and down multiple stairways and along a dark and uneven path around the back of the building to get to my room late at night.
The room itself was fine. Clean and spacious although the bathroom smelled mouldy. Lighting was poor - particularly in the bathroom. Overall it was fine but nothing special."

"The place was better for a long stay. It was large with a kitchen, living area, large bathroom with shower, and separate bedroom. The kitchen had all the amenities including a full size refrigerator.
We were on the ground floor so no views. Not sure if we were on the second floor if we would have seen much of a view. Seems like a very residential area. Coffee shop and pastries just up the street and a couple more down the street. Full grocery store not too far away from Cardeal Suites.

"This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks very smart from the outside and the pool and athletics track are decent. The room I was staying in , however , was from the 70s and in desperate need of updating.....smell was not fresh and very disappointing."

"The apartment is very spacious and it is safe as there is a secure entrance into the private courtyard. The appliances are great as are the washrooms. The communication with the property is all done online and is professional and clear. If you need something they are quick to reply. My only feedback is that the furniture looks used and is a bit stained, and you are expected to bring out your garbage and recycling but you are left with no bags to do so. The property is in a grata location and...
