"The hotel was nice. The staff was nice."

"Booked connecting rooms and called three times before travel to ensure rooms would be connecting due to a need as caregiver for travel companion but on check in I was told I didnt book the rooms that connect. Moved to connecting rooms the next day however they were a downgraded room with no bottled water, coffee maker, or frig. Unable to change thermostat. Rooms too warm. Hairs in both showers. Hotel website lists a restaurant on site however it has been closed for a year. No offer of a partial refund or any compensation for their issues. Would not recommend."

"Clean chain hotel with good amenities but in small rooms. Great location. Felt overcrowded busy and a little unwelcoming.... this led to regular crowding and queues for the elevators, which then didn't always take you to the floor booked. Breakfast was, likewise overcrowded and difficult to find seats for even 2 or 3 people."

"Do the price the room was good. One complaint was we could not get the water hot, only warm. After a long day on my feet it was a bummer to not have a hot shower waiting."
