"The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and very nice. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that was delicious so there was no need to walk far for food when the weather got bad. The cleaning staff did a very good job!!!"

"Very good location. Right on 38th street. So easy from penn station as well as time square to walk. Room size is small but that is expected in NY city. Staff were helpful. No complains considering price. Target on 42 nd street close to get anything you need to buy."

"In overall everything was okay, the hotel located in a very busy area, next to penn station and madison sq garden, so getting there and from there is pretty easy, no matter if you come from JFK or EWR. I don't know if other floors are remodeled, but my floor (33rd) felt very old, but maintained. The room was very clean, which is the most important thing to me."

"Nothing was explained or shown. Just keys. WiFi was awfully slow. Would not recommend if you need to work remote. Picture doesn’t do justice, room is a lot smaller than advertised via online."

"Our AC didn’t work the first night. They did repair it pretty promptly, but we ended up having to change rooms and they gave us a small credit for that inconvenience. Everything was relatively clean, but it is an older hotel with dark carpet. I kept my socks on. The bathroom was very clean. I did see a roach in the middle of the night in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a good location. I booked it because of the rooftop pool which ended up not being open because...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The hotel is quite dated, but the biggest issue was the unusable room WiFi. No internet connection in the room. Many guests had to stay in the lobby just to access the internet. Breakfast was also poorly managed, with insufficient seating and food not being replenished on time, leaving many guests waiting with nothing to eat. Hope the hotel will improve these issues for future guests."
