"I stayed here bc I was in town to see Gaga across the street at msg. The bed and pillows were comfy. But the cons are you can hear everything the next door people are doing, the shower head was shooting out water, the room/ bathroom way too small. They were also doing construction super early in the morning that I couldn't go back to sleep and my stomach was hurting. Also the bathroom bar soap was super thin. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
