"Pleasantly surprise after ready previous reviews. Reception staff efficient. I stayed in the double room with ensuite, very clean and bed comfortable. The double room comes with towels supplied. Hotel very quiet during the night even though it was a Saturday night. Would highly recommend."

Bed sunk in No broom or vacuum, things you need to maintain a flat was missing. We had left some personal items and the communication around finding them was awful. "Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table.
