"The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good."

"i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

"The room was clean, and the owner was friendly. The rates were very reasonable. If you're just looking for a bed and a shower, this is a good choice. "

"Las Cruces Mesilla property, the shower needs to be replaced. Shower floor is very spongy and holds water."

"Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed."

"Beautiful interior and grounds! Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping but with a lot of car noise. The only negative was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. Plenty of coffee pods and sugar but no pot."

"Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us."

"This has to be the worst place to stay in Las Cruces, the only reason we went was to use the pool and it was closed. The staff all had an attitude of it wasn't there fault and no management on site from Thursday to Sunday. They offer a business center that had no ink and when staff was asked to replace they said the ink was locked in managers office. We never got 1 day of room service and had to call for towels, toilet paper and trash bags daily. The cost of this run down hotel is not worth it....
