"it's not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel probably six times a year as I make my trek to from Florida to California and back upon my arrival I was giving the first floor next to the elevator and as soon as I went in. I got bit four times by fleas. I showed them the bites. They were very accommodating and was changed rooms and I went up to the second floor upon exiting the elevator. The carpet was filthy. "My favorite part about this property was how safe it was. Checking in you can see all the cameras were working and monitoring the building. There was also security walking around even when I was leaving at 5 am. Lastly they have a gate to close in the guest cars which was a huge relief! The patio is also very cute with a pool, grills and a gondola with chairs to just sit and enjoy. "

"This is a beautiful property with beautiful grounds and lobby. The staff was lovely and the room was very comfortable. There is shopping and dining all around. It's very convenient and there are beautiful views of the mountains in any direction. "
