"We arrived for a 1 night stay. Booked a King bed with pull-out sofa bed. We were in town for a large concert. Front staff told me our room was unavailable and blamed Expedia for overbooking the property. Due to the event, we were already being price gauged and we knew it but options were scarce. After some additional talking with management, they decided they would provide us with a rollaway bed in a king size room. "The staff were amazing and kind and very helpful! They recommended amazing food spots and helped check us in kindly. We got to the room and upon inspected it noticed it was quite dirty. The shower had dark stains and a dirty shower head. There were stains on the walls and ceiling as well as the love seat that was in the room."

"Breakfast was delicious, the only thing was the overnight staff at counter was not there some time in the early hours of sunday. There was alot of different parties (including myself) waiting for a staff member to show up. One party ended up leaving cause of the wait."

"The host was thoughful. He provided all the information we needed and responded our questions really quickly. The house was clean and very well organized. This house had the best view at night. We will definitely visit again when we go Santa fe. 😊 "

"We went in to try and check in early to see if they had any rooms available but the man at the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms available at that time and to come back at 3pm. When we came back at 3pm he said that all rooms have been canceled as of that morning and that there were no rooms available. Two other people were also in the same predicament when trying to check in during that time. I never received any emails from La Quinta or Expedia saying that our booking was canceled and...
