"The inside door lock didn't work for my room, making me feel less safe than usual. Fortunately, no one tried to open my door from the hallway. I reported the issue to the front desk when I checked out."

"The hotel was under renovations. They had a sign that stated that the Expedia website disclosed this but I didn't see that. Also, my adult son was profiled due to having tattoos and was questioned if he had a room there when he went to eat breakfast in the morning. When I went to eat breakfast after him, I overheard hotel staff talking about him very negatively. If that is how they treat their patrons, I won't be staying there again. "

The last tenant’s sheets and blanket were still wadded up inside. Gross. So that only made me wonder what else was unchanged in room. "The a/c unit didnt work properly and made the room hot. I tried pressing buttons and it wouldnt turn on. Breakfast was bare minimum. There was blood stains on the carpet as well. "

"It was a bad experience. They advertise that the room was 2 queen beds and there not, the sheets from both beds had old stains, we ask for them to change them and they brought 2 more set with stains on them as well. Toilet didn't work properly."

"Be aware... i was hesitant on sleeping here since there was hairs ALL over the bed and stains on the pillows like lipstick stains.. also there was trash all over the hotel floors. I was exhausted after driving 15 hours so i just called it. Low and behold, i got ringworm on my leg from the uncleaned sheets. The sheets and pillow cases didnt smell clean either. BE CAREFUL and check the sheets first."
