"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Nice Scandinavian style hotel near the airport. They have a restaurant on-site that is convenient if you arrive late to the hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast due to an early flight, but the hotel staff provided bagged breakfast options for the early departure guests. "

"Parking was Ok. This property is OK as long as you don't care about being comfortable. Since showers don't have a curtain and is no separation to the toilet, everything gets shocking wet. "

The staff refuse to speak English; they claim that since you are in their country, you should speak Spanish—and that they will speak English only when they are in yours. This is something I heard personally from the lobby staff. Such an attitude is unprofessional and completely unacceptable."
