The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. "We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
