Wonderful stay!

My husband and I and a great stay at the Design Plus Bex Hotel. Very comfortable room and lovely bathroom and we enjoyed the breakfast in the old Vault. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel in city center

Nicely located, short walking from most locations, clean and nice. Had a great view over the harbor. Roftop bar was good.

Great hotel and great location

Great hotel, coulnt find a fault, our room was clean everyday, fresh towels daily, breakfast nice with lots lf options, staff so polite and helpful. Definitely going back! Oh! and the location, it could be better, walking distance to the Mercado del Puerto, plaza de Santa Catalina, bus station, and playa de la cantera, plenty of good restaurants around. Great location!! 5 out of 5 for this hotel!!!

Property is very nice and clean. Room is a decent size. The location is superb. It's a 5-10 min walk to beach and also a 5 min walk to a main bus station which is the start of the line for many buses which serve different parts of the island. Plenty of great restaurants in close proximity to the hotel too!

Well located & very comfortable, stylish hotel

We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit.

Very good hotel overall, everything is nearby. The rooms are quite nice, but the cleaning depends on who cleans your room. We had bad experience with the cleaning about two times, but overall it was okay. Very loud in the hallways, but not much sound from the street luckily. Recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and location

Beautiful hotel and location with a gorgeous rooftop bar. Unfortunately only four stars due to the noise between floors - every time a neighbouring room turned on their shower or flushed the loo, it could be heard. Also, the pool is only big enough for three people and definitely not for swimming, just bathing. Despite this, the hotel is lovely and great value for money (we stayed in February) - I would definitely recommend.

Excellent location for the beach, restaurants and bus links. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are very clean and well furnished but unfortunately ours did not have any sort of view and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Breakfasts are well stocked with a variety of options and plentiful. The roof top bar gives great views over the city and is very popular on weekend evenings. The roof top swimming pool is quite small but there is room for sunbathing.

Always use this hotel when in Las Palmas and have never found any problems however the room I got put in had the following "wonderful" view!!! It's rate was not reduced.

Stylish, good location but sort the terrace out

Very nice stylish hotel, excellent location for bus station and port, and only a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The roof terrace is split into two, one side with sun loungers, open all day. The other side with tables, chairs and views of the city has restricted opening, open only when the bar is open, after 3pm. The terrace ( as there are no rooms with balconies)would vibe a lovely place just to sit, read perhaps with a small coffee machine, especially in the morning before venturing out. A total waste of space in my view. We also had a problem with the shower , I think the seals had gone, reported, no action, floor wet through after showers, the maids even left extra towels for mopping up. All in all I would recommend, given the location, and the size of room
