"We arrived at 4 PM and check-in was supposed to be at three. Our room was not ready whatsoever and we still had to wait another 15 minutes. There is no valet there whatsoever. Supposedly we had the newly renovated room. There was rust on the light fixtures, horribly in our bathroom. Went to the pool ..."
