"DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Terrible place, nothing like any of these pictures. They will even take your deposit and not give it back. We checked in Friday night and didn’t even spend 5 minutes before we walked out. The guy in the front desk didn’t give my deposit back and gave me a number to call where clearly you will not get your money back. This is fraud."

"Was a very enjoyable stay room was great everything about the hotel was pretty great except for the scary elevators if you're not used to that it's a little unnerving at least to say but you'll get through it I would probably say the hotel is not probably good for somebody that's not good with heights but other than that I can't wait to stay again in June this year with both my daughters not just my oldest"

"The room was very clean and spacious, enough for my group of 4 (including me). We had a very pleasant stay here and the property has many amenities including a nice pool and several different options for food. The only downside was that there was no microwave, so we couldn’t heat up any of our food or cook anything we had brought. While the staff was never hard to get in touch with, I did notice that the housekeeping service seemed like it wasn’t automatic, so we had to request more towels often...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
