This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly. Free Shuttle to and from the airport. Not far from the major attractions. But away from the bustle of the Strip. I am definitely looking at this location if I have a return trip to Vegas.

Room was clean. PTAC could use some work. Not very cool. Toilet and shower area are very small. Had to jockey your way around to close the toilet door. Location is great. Off the strip is the way to go. Restaurant is closed and new one is coming in. It’s supposed to be a Denny’s. Casino needs some updating.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a dirty bed, which required us to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had issues — one bed was clean, but the other was not. We ended up using the clean bed. Additionally, the room was in need of maintenance. The sink drained very slowly, the carpet appeared unclean, and the walls were in need of repainting. In the bathroom, the raised tub posed a safety concern, as we had to be cautious not to injure our legs while moving around. Despite these inconveniences, I have not received a proper refund for the room. I kindly request a detailed receipt showing all charges and adjustments related to our stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Checked in Nov. 9th. by a lovely associate. Unfortunately, we left an hour later and upon returning my son and I noticed some food missing. Didn’t think much of it until I noticed my new Adidas were missing from the shelf by the door. I immediately went downstairs to tell the check-in/registration and she and security whom she called over said “sounds like someone went into a room again”. Ummm, they didn’t surprised and I got a gut feeling this happens regularly. Security claims they saw nothing. Manager of course was not there. Several hours later I still have not received an update. I ask for the manager and I’m told she will be in at 9 am tomorrow. I’m waiting at 9 am to then be told she will now arrive at 11 am. She tells me that she is not allowed to see the cameras and that no one went into my room. Ironically, the day I tell them of the incident all of a sudden there is more security measures in place including now requiring to scan your room card to enter the hallway and more security officers on the gaming floor. The day we checked out and I spoke to the manager, security was walking up and down the hallway and a housekeeper appeared out of nowhere to knock on the door directly across from us announcing her entering the room and kept looking back at us while we had our door open to leave. Everything seemed so forced. I did not feel safe during our stay. No appology, no gaming credit or a partial refund. This place is HORRIBLE!

One set of shampoo and conditioner for 4 ppl on a two night stay? Old smell of carpet. Fire alarm went off at 2am and it was a false alarm. I think, that when your are paying more than $200 per night, you should expect more. Thank you

One of my worst experience in any hotel so far the reception is so rude. He’s name is Farnelo Or something like that he made to have me welcomed in the worst way possible and I tried to tell him take it easy and he say this is me doing the best I wish I can give below one star which is zero but is not available. Avoid this hotel at any cost. There is very otter, but Scent in the hotel even they have machines but dispensing so much chemical the facility is stingy. I was getting suffocated every minute. I spent it in this hotel. The room is also smells like smoke not enough towels no one to help.

We went to this hotel and checked in pretty late 130 am we were so tired from our flight and wantwd to rest for a bit before having to check out well it dosnt work out that way the people in the room next to us were really loud and had a dog barking and whining for over an hour at around 5 or 6 am. We ended up habing to eale ip bevause of all the noise so decided to go and shower well we found it was filthy containing hairs all over the floor of the shower. We were very u comfortable and was told nothing could be done until the manager came in and that was right before check out around 9 or 10 am. The dog was whining all the way up until we checked out of the room.

Worse stay.By far the worst stay at a hotel. Loud cars right outside my window until 12pm. Cops on loud speakers And to top it off just when things finally got quiet to sleep the fire alarm rings at almost 2am this is by far the worse night. I am highly upset at the service here. No staff call or checked in with hotel guest to even confirm fire was not real they just ignored it all.

There should be a do not disturb sign in each room and when someone calls for a do not clean it bother your room it should be respected. I had a few things missing and didn't say anything because I failed myself for leaving the things in the room. Having to walk thru the casino everyday was hard since I've got asthma and all I can smell is cigarettes and cigars and go to my room and smell the smoke on my clothes was a downer for me.

Room was rundown. Hole behind toilet, wall peelings, rusty light fixtures, non working blow dryer, no fridge or microwave. Bedding was in need of repair many stains. Insulation is poor you can hear everything outside, all noises. Thin walls you can hear neighbors. Old popcorn ceilings were dirty. Loud car meeting in parking lot. When checking in cashier guy was not thorough or kind. Shady people hanging out in parking lot. Tiniest toilet and bathroom have to stand in shower just to shut bathroom door. Fees and tax don’t match the room quality.

So bad so many people in the parking lot was scared to walk im smelled like weed the whole place my deadbolt didnt work cops in the lot late at night and fire alarm at 2am i didnt sleep at all. Will never go back!!!

Cage was closed. I chose a casino that was medium sized so there would be decent affordable food available with out going out. Get there and no cage. No warning no notice. Should be listed while it is closed. Airport take off noise limits sleeping in. Normal for all the hotels in that area. Would have been a 5 star stay for the price if the cage was open.

The hotel felt dirty…. 2 out of the 3 elevators malfunctioned on me and one never came … the smoke alarm battery was beeping in my room and my floor stunk …. I’ll passss… they need to renovate
