"Room wasn’t clean. You pay a bunch of fees for a clean room. We stayed 5 days, they came by one day opened the door without knocking while someone was in shower. Then did nothing to make up for that. Cleaned 1/5 days total. Overall the cost to stay there was double what Expedia claimed it to be. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"We had gotten room service, however it wasn’t the best because they didn’t even replace the towels nor did they change the sheets. They also didn’t allow us to have an hour of late checkout so we ended up paying for another night not even spent there. On top of additional deposit that we were charged even though we never actually checked out "
