"Clean comfortable room with a great view. Stayed on the 21st floor of the Alexandria Tower. Bed was nice and firm. Staff was helpful. Very economical stay. Easy Uber rides to the rest of the Strip. Noodle restaurant (Chinese) food was wonderful. Overall a fun time and a great stay. I highly recommend this place; a great value."

"This place has way more character than any modern cookie cutter strip casino. It's beautiful. The entire place has amazing antique decor, and it's so damn cool. Also it's not an insane rip off. Great value for the money, and it's clean and comfortable."

"The pool is really cool, but honestly it was a little loud for us, I enjoy a party atmosphere at a pool, but at noon, I equate a pool with relaxing, not a club.....I should be able to talk to someone 3 feet away from me without screaming"

"Great price. Easy to find. Parking was right by the hotel which was great! Rooms are small but we didn't stay in them long enough for it to really matter. Rooms did get hot I would recommend keeping the AC the whole time."

"El Cortez is a fine hotel/casino Nice bar, decent food. I prefer being on the end of Freemont due to the noise. The only downside is the A/C could barely keep up with the 106 degree temp, and it was loud. Great hotel to airport shuttle. I've stayed before and I would stay again"

"When I booked my trip , I was told that all fees were included , including resort fees . At checkout I was billed for seven days of resort fees . Also my deal included 2 free days , wouldnt that include resort fees? . In closing if I’m told that all fees are included in package price why am I billed separately for resort fees ? If I knew I was getting resort fees added at the end of the stay , I would not have stayed at your hotel"
