"Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Let me break it down. -parking. The sign say you have to pay for parking as soon as you park and then if you’re going to be a hotel guest, there would be an option within the app. I had issues trying to pay for my parking and when I asked the front desk girl she said oh it’s just fine. "I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"The hvac system is terrible. It's loud when is on and keeps waking me up. For my last visit, i set the ac to 69 and went to dinner. When i got back i turned it off and opened the window. They was some traffic noise but it wasn't as loud as the ac. But this won't work during the summer"

"Hotel moderno è molto grande tipico di Las Vegas. Letti comodi bagno spazioso con grande doccia. Camere silenziose.All’interno presente il classico casinò non molto affollato e diversi bar/ristoranti ben frequentati. È presente anche uno starbucks. La piscina molto tranquilla e carina. Ad aprile era aperta solo la piscina principale e la vasca idromassaggio. Posizione lontana dalla strip e quindi dal caos di Vegas ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto oppure in bus (fermata DEUCE a pochi passi)....

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "
