"Absolutely terrible, gross and not clean. We booked 3 nights we were in for work only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Loud and smelled disgusting!! I’m asking for a refund!!"

"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied with the system and service. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the night due to the weather. I did take out the insurance.please contact me for any further information.very respectfully Mark Fuller"

"The room was wonderful. While close to major thoroughfares, it was QUIET! We slept like logs while we stayed there - That never happens to us. Especially since we had significant storms while we were there. Everyone was nice too; Every suggestion evolved exactly as promised. Breakfast was everything we needed, so every morning we were happy, rested and ready to take on the challenges of the day"

"Got stuck in town and needed a hotel for that one night instead of the long drive home. Hotel room was ok however the hotel lobby and halls need upgrading. Not my preference."
