"Beautiful hotel with lots of quirky features. Our room was spotlessly clean and the Molton Brown toiletries were a really nice touch. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great central location just off of Market Square so ideal for exploring the city. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Wawel Castle is just down the road.
I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."
"This was a great hotel that was about a 10 minute walk to the old town area. They offer parking on site in an underground garage. The location also has a nice bistro/cafe/bar on the ground floor. The staff here was all very friendly and helpful."
"We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a party of three in two separate rooms.
When we arrived we were greeted by a polite and professional young man at the reception.
Our rooms were spotless and tastefully furnished.
Free bottled water ,coffee and tea sachets were provided.
The bed was super comfy and I slept really well.
Each room has its own air conditioning system so the temperature can be adjusted to suit ones needs.
There is ample space to store luggage etc.
I sampled their breakfast which was a buffet.
There were food choices to suit everyone .
Cold meats ,bread ,pastries and hot foods:sausages ,beans ,eggs etc.
Plenty of coffee and juices .
Yoghurt's ,fruits - everything one could ask for .
A little gluten free station was provided too.
I do not drink but the bar area looked well stocked and inviting.
I did have a coffee at the bar though and it was very nice and served with a smile.
Staff were great ,very helpful and very polite .
The young man who greeted us initially was so lovely - I am sorry ,I forgot his name .
Amelia was another reception staff who was lovely and helpful too.
Katarzyna made sure our rooms were spotless- thank you.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel and I am planning to return at some point.

"Overall service, breakfast room was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant (evening), it was excellent.
If get a chance to use the gym, it is small and be warned the floor is shiny so if use the mats in the gym be it makes the floor very slippery when doing certain exercises or spill any water."
"exceptional in every way, clean, great breakfast options, staff friendly and helpful.
perfect location to stroll into city centre or 5 min max walk to train station for visiting tourist attractions. "
"Our accommodation was perfectly placed to walk and explore all areas of Krakow, and just far enough from the main areas to ensure a quiet night's sleep.
The check in process was really easy with the manager providing the room codes meaning our 12am arrival didn't cause any issues.
Communication with the manager was fantastic and we were able to arrange for an airport pickup which was fantastic and we really want to pass on our thanks to the driver who waited for us when we were stuck for 2 hours in passport control!
The accommodation was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed (inc. hairdryer and iron, cooking utensils). The shower was great and earlier reviews commenting on a smelly, we realised immediately that if you run the tap (wash your hands) after flushing the toilet, there is no smell as it is connected and helps refill it.
The beds and pillows are comfortable and there is Aircon which meant we could easily amend the temperature of the room to ensure a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again."
"Small no frills hotel. Immaculately clean and bedrooms very comfy. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and continental. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . 15 mins walk into old town- 10 mins to castle and river."
