"Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Walking distance to Krakow main square, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Also next to the 'kiss & ride' pickup/dropoff. Unfortunately when we stayed the elevators were not working and it was a bit of a walk to use the stairs or use the back elevators. Also blow dryer doesn't work well."

"It was a pleasant enough stay, clean, quiet & fairly well maintained, my bed was not made particularly well on a few occasions & the breakfast was a little limited, in regard to the hot plate options. But would use again depending on search for other options & price segment nearer to the old town."

"Of the four cities we visited, this was the best managed and organized hotel. The front desk staff was patient and knowledgeable, the room comfortable, and the food and waitstaff excellent. I would highly recommend it. It was also quiet and close to Old Town"

"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much! P.S thank you for the lovely fruit platter we received in our room for our anniversary!"

"Great accomodation, especially for the price paid. Lovely comfortable self-contained flat, fully equipped kitchen, and a very good shower. Short walk from all major old town attraction, and the coach pick-up point for our Auschwitz and Salt Mine daytrips were located just 5min walk round the corner. Plenty of takeaways and Zabka stores nearby, as well as being across the road from a train station for extra connectivity. For info, cost of the Bolt from accomodation to airport at 0400 was less than £20 including tip! I'm looking forward to coming back to Krakow in the future, after exploring the city, going to Auschwitz, the Salt Mines, Schindlers Enamel Factory, the famous wax work museum, the Banksy gallery, an owl handling experience, and a river cruise over our four days here, there's still plenty more to experience, and I'll book back here without hesitation!"

"Our stay at Puro hotel was fantastic! The hotel was decorated in a stylish modern yet comfortable design, everywhere was perfectly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large selection of delicious food. Free hot drinks available and bike hire. Quiet location within short walking distance of train station, bars, restaurants and the main sites. I would highly recommend."
