"Opposite train station so excellent for travel. 8-10 mins walk to main square. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. We were on B&B and food variety was plentiful. Rooms very spacious and clean, only negative was maid didn’t come to clean room until after 4 on day 3&4 and that was when we were back in room. Hot tub was fantastic and a lovely end to the night every day of the stay. Would definitely stay at hotel again if we visit Krakow."
"I loved this hotel. It was just perfect for my short stay in Krakow and I'm glad i picked it! It is so close to the main station and Market Square is a short walk away. The trams and bus stops are so close too and there is a huge shopping centre a 2 minuite walk away to pickup essentials, dine, coffee etc. There are electric scooter parks available very close by in case you feel a bit adventurous. The staff are so helpful and friendly and you simly must try the food in the restaurant! It's a really trendy/hip hotel whose design and aesthetic seems to be designed for a young crowd but I felft right at home and welcomed - just like every other guest! If there was a Tribe in my home town, I would go there for weekend breaks. My room was prestinely clean and the windows and door so sound-proofed, I could not hear a peep from ouside at all! Loved it and will definitely return. Thanks Tribe."
"This was a great hotel that was about a 10 minute walk to the old town area. They offer parking on site in an underground garage. The location also has a nice bistro/cafe/bar on the ground floor. The staff here was all very friendly and helpful."
"We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a party of three in two separate rooms.
When we arrived we were greeted by a polite and professional young man at the reception.
Our rooms were spotless and tastefully furnished.
Free bottled water ,coffee and tea sachets were provided.
The bed was super comfy and I slept really well.
Each room has its own air conditioning system so the temperature can be adjusted to suit ones needs.
There is ample space to store luggage etc.
I sampled their breakfast which was a buffet.
There were food choices to suit everyone .
Cold meats ,bread ,pastries and hot foods:sausages ,beans ,eggs etc.
Plenty of coffee and juices .
Yoghurt's ,fruits - everything one could ask for .
A little gluten free station was provided too.
I do not drink but the bar area looked well stocked and inviting.
I did have a coffee at the bar though and it was very nice and served with a smile.
Staff were great ,very helpful and very polite .
The young man who greeted us initially was so lovely - I am sorry ,I forgot his name .
Amelia was another reception staff who was lovely and helpful too.
Katarzyna made sure our rooms were spotless- thank you.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel and I am planning to return at some point.

"Overall service, breakfast room was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant (evening), it was excellent.
If get a chance to use the gym, it is small and be warned the floor is shiny so if use the mats in the gym be it makes the floor very slippery when doing certain exercises or spill any water."
"exceptional in every way, clean, great breakfast options, staff friendly and helpful.
perfect location to stroll into city centre or 5 min max walk to train station for visiting tourist attractions. "
"Small no frills hotel. Immaculately clean and bedrooms very comfy. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and continental. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . 15 mins walk into old town- 10 mins to castle and river."
"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was a good size, comfortable beds & a great shower. We couldn't see much sky out of our window, which was a bit disappointing.
However, it was great to have access to a water cooler on each floor.
Would recommend."
