"Owned by a very nice young local couple who are very committed to refurbishing this older hotel that they purchased about a year ago. Dave & Harvey (their dog) warmly greeted me and showed me to my room. It was very comfortable and clean. The grounds are beautiful and show lots of TLC by the couple and their young son. The convenient free parking lot seemed pretty full most of my three-night stay, and the other guests seemed friendly. I’d definitely stay there again on another fantastic...

"All staff,front desk, maintenance, house-keeping, breakfast server,manager VERY accommodating and rectified the below to the best of their abilites. 3 king rooms in 24 hrs: rm 1 dank smell, wet couch, uncomfortable bed. Moved to rm 2 wet couch, no shower curtain, safe not working, carbon monoxide detector not working,we coughed all night, bed uncomfortable. Moved to Rm 3: updated to king supreme room (Mgr removed upgrade fee) very comfortable bed, very noisy (off street),window seal...

"I like close to beach 2-3 miles away, bed was good, taking a shower good. Breakfast was the worst, advertised that it was included, reason to choose this hotel, in reality it was in a restaurant across the street with $15 dollar discount ( or 15%), parking so difficult for a truck not enough space, check in you have to enter a code to the door that did not work, nobody gave information how to enter the code, to press unlock, lock etcetera. could be easy just to write it in a small card to have...

"Staff is wonderful! Perfect stay for my family of 4 for 4 nights! I found it to be in a perfect location! ! Any beach within a 5-20 minute drive! We WILL be back!"

"The property is aging but well kept. The room is limited, no WiFi and poor lighting. The bed was fantastic! Good shower and towels needs a chair. I’ll stay again someday."

"The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time!! Kitchen was dirty and had seen better days! Full size refrigerator with rust and broken shelving. The floor is so unleavel and sloped, it feels like your in a crocked house attraction!! Black sheets and one black towel..made me wonder how they were sanatized...if at all. The bed smelled of urine. The floor was so dirty i put our 1 towel on the floor to walk on. There were used squirt bottles of shop and shampoo in the bathroom...

"Loved this property! The beautiful grounds, all the little details including sparkling wine at check in, comfortable bedding, bath robes/slippers, beach accommodations (chairs, umbrella, beach bag). So many extra touches that make this hotel wonderful. Location is perfect- across the street from montage resort and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
