"I love that Frida our gracious host shared her gift of hospitality with us. She was an amazing cook! She shared her culinary talents with us. The room was very clean very warm very cozy. She recommended great restaurants to eat at to recommend the free trolley service around the area of San Clemente. You’re looking for a great place to stay Always Inn is your place!"

"Upon check in, a $150 hold was required, this was not noted on the site. Not a huge deal but more than normal Hotels. The lobby is pretty and smelled great. They have fresh cookies out. The area you pull into has an outside lounge area which is nice to wait for friends or just relax. We didn’t go to the pool area. There are many restaurants and bars near by within a 1-2 min walk and the main downtown street is a couple blocks away. The front desk was not helpful, as their site said about Trolly...

"The front desk staff were extremely available, friendly, and helpful. Good place for the price and proximity to the beach. 6 min drive to San Clemente pier, 15 min walk to the water-front state park! Is definitely dated, but was clean with good air conditioning "

You want fancy go pay 300+ for the Hilton. You want comfort with budget come here. Expedia made this whole weekend stay so simple and stress free. 10/10 would recommend."
