The service was excellent from start to finish, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. "Nice room and area however if you need a snack or forgot a toiletrie there is no option nearby to get anything. Closest restaurants or store is over 30 min walk."

"We were only there for one night, when booking through Expedia, we chose the city view.... We got the view of the middle ac roof, so our room windows were high. I was not impressed. Could do better, don't promise the city view and then give one of your worst rooms!"

"Amazing location, beautiful view of the expansive beach/ocean. Pool water was warm, borderline too warm, but lovely overall. Staff went above and beyond in every situation besides one (towels, but someone else stepped in and fixed quickly for us!). Not much for food options, but the food they offered was good quality. Close enough to Las Olas and 30 minutes from Hollywood Beach. We never go back to the same place twice, but might consider it for Lago Mar!"

"The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated with updated furniture and decor. There were adequate amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was medium firm and very comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable.The unit would get humid during the day, and sometimes smelled a little stale when we would return from a day out. "Ok. This is apparently an older property. The current owners are trying to bring it up but they have a long way to go in understanding what's important and what's not. Marble tile that's slippery AF is not good.. yet, it was in my room. That's just the beginning as I could go on and on about insufficient hot water and low water pressure in the shower, as well as many other things. Just know this it a property in transition and I wish the current owners all the best!"
