"The room was clean but we had problems each day with the key card. We never did have housekeeping come in the entire time we stayed. I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels. We had to go to the front desk each evening to get clean ones. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. I would have liked some peanut butter. "Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. "Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."
