"If I had to pick one word to describe our stay at Grand Sunset Princess, that word would be: Fantastic. From the moment we checked in, until our check-out 6 days later, everything on this trip was fantastic. Our room in the family club was great, the bunk beds and the pullout bed was perfect for our three boys. The room was also recently renovated and in great condition. The family club has it's own bar, food truck and water park suitable for younger kids. The family club pool also becomes a welcomed respite each afternoon after 3pm as there is more shade there than the other pools. The staff were great, every single person we encountered was friendly, and accomodating - seriously every single person was great. The restaurants were great - and the buffets were great too. The water park and the pools were great! My spent hours upon hours enjoying ourselves there. Enrique was the best bartender and Ezequiel was my favorite server at La Hacienda. Do yourself a favor, and book the trip here. FANTASTIC!"
