"We were traveling with friends /golfing at Willow Creek in LeMars. So very happy to have such beautiful accommodations! The fresh scent(not overpowering) ,the luxurious towels,lovely room & very comfy bed all made it so enjoyable. Appreciated the breakfast & coffee machine! Thank you Brown Family for your attention to detail everywhere! Will share with others for sure! "
"I was impressed both by the cleanliness and the personality of this motel. It's not your normal cooky cutter hotel that all look alike on the inside. It has a throwback charm to it that is very unique. It could use a bit of paint touch up in a couple of corners and there were a few very minor chips in the furniture that just added to the charm.
The breakfast was no feast, but nice, with waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of coffees, several different cereals, and a few breads.
Just a warning, this...
"Overall, the room was comfortable. The windows needed cleaning. The toilet bowl needed cleaning. The bathroom mirror needed cleaning. The shower head should be cleaned or replaced."
"I loved the external room door on the first floor. It’s a niche thing, but there was something very satisfying about parking directly outside my door and walking right in. Property was very clean, staff was great, bed was comfy!"

"My room was excellent. Stayed with my Great Dane so the kitchen was great for his food preparation. The front desk host, Brandon I believe was his name, was extremely helpful and friendly. "
"The check in was efficient. The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was nothing to brag about: biscuits and sausage gravity. Cold cereal and yogurt. Bananas were nice. "
